
What if I don't get emails?
I already clicked “send me email” button to reset my password.
But I still get no emails in my inbox to reset my password.
Try to read this troubleshooting below:
Be more patient
Sometimes email works a little bit longer.
Refresh your inbox or wait a little bit longer for at least 1 minute.
Find in another folder
Some email provider works in a way of filtering upcoming emails.
Your reset password email might get trapped in “Spam Folder”. Try to check it there.
I forgot my email and username
